How long will it take for my package to get to me?
All packages are shipped out within 24 hours of the receipt of the order (and usually much sooner), orders placed by 11am EST usually ship the same day. Shipping times depend on the shipping method you select. FedEx ground will normally take 4-5 business days, but can take up to 7, depending on your location. UPS 2nd Day shipping normally takes 2-3 days. UPS overnight will arrive on the next day (from when it ships). Overnight orders must be placed by 11am PST to ensure same day shipping.
International orders are shipped using International Air Mail, which normally takes about a 1-2 weeks, but also depends largely on the destination country's postal service. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of International orders, since some packages will be held up in customs in the destination country.
What payment methods do you accept?
The easiest and fastest way to pay is by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
We do not accept personal checks, Money Orders, or Pay Pal.
Do you accept international orders?
Absolutely. We have already shipped to many countries around the world, from Japan to Australia. We can get you the gear, regardless of where you are.
International orders with billing addresses in the US must be authorized by the card holder's bank in the US. If you are placing such an order, please provide your bank's US phone number so that the charge can be authorized.
*Please remember that international orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination county's government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of Digital Gravel. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.*

Do you have a paper catalog you can send me?
No, unfortunately we don't. With all the frequent updates we have and our policy of only taking orders for goods that are in stock, it would be impossible to maintain an effective paper catalog. In any case, we are sure you will find that the online store provides for a more interactive and efficient shopping experience than ever possible with a paper catalog.

Are there other ways to order besides ordering online?
Yes, for those of you that are still uncomfortable ordering online, we do accept order via fax, or e-mail. Whatever method you use, please make sure you include your credit card information.

Can I return something I ordered?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) to us within 30 days of the original shipment date. We will gladly issue a refund* as long as the item(s) have not been used, washed or damaged and are in the same condition as when you received them. Please include your packing slip, or print out your receipt so that we can identify your return. Please indicate the reason for your return on the packing slip. You can send back your returns using Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. If you choose to use an untrackable shipping method, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the mail. Shipping and Handling is not refundable.
*Only items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a cash refund. Items returned after 14 days will be issued store credit. Once we receive the return you will be issued store credit within 1-2 weeks of the package being received.
For store credit. you will receive an email notifying you that the gift certificate has been issued to you, and once you click the link located in the email, the credit will automatically be applied to your Digital Gravel account (the one that is linked to your email address).
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges. We issue credit for your return item upon receipt, and you can place an order for a new item at your discretion. If you think the item might sell out by the time we credit you back, you are more than welcome to place your replacement order now.
I never received my order, what should I do?
In rare cases, packages can get lost in the mail. Never fear, if your package is lost, we will replace it for you at no charge. However, if the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received.
Can I get free stickers?
All orders are shipped with free stickers. To receive even more D.A.D.E. stickers, just send us a self-addressed stamped envelope and we'll hook you up. (click here for contact info).
